By accessing and using this website (www.caleidoscop.net), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. About Us

Caleidoscop Association is a non-profit organisation registered in Romania, operating in accordance with Romanian legislation and applicable European Union regulations for non-governmental organisations.

Our mission is to promote youth programmes, local development, civic engagement and sustainable tourism.


2. Use of the Website

  • This website is intended for informational, educational and event-related purposes.
  • You may view, download and print pages from the website for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Donations and Financial Transparency

  • Donations made to the Association are voluntary.
  • Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
  • We are committed to maintaining transparent financial practices in accordance with Romanian legislation and applicable European Union regulations for non-profit organisations.

8. Ticket Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations submitted more than 30 days before the start of the festival may be eligible for a refund, subject to confirmation by the organiser.
  • Tickets are non-refundable within 30 days before the start of the festival. Due to the limited number of available places, food, accommodation, transport and other festival-related services are planned and paid for in advance based on the confirmed number of participants.
  • Within this 30-day period, the ticket may be transferred to another person, provided that the organiser is informed in writing before the start of the festival.
  • Tickets may not be publicly advertised or resold without the organiser’s prior approval.
  • Alternatively, the ticket value may be transferred to the following year’s edition, subject to prior confirmation by the organiser.
  • Any approved refund or transfer applies only to cancellations initiated by the ticket holder.
  • If the festival is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser, the available refund, transfer or alternative participation options will be communicated separately, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will take effect once they are published on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of the document will be updated accordingly.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania and any applicable European Union legislation.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, in accordance with applicable law.
